When work takes more than the workday
“I said yes again before I even looked at my calendar.”
“By three o'clock I am running on coffee, and the list has not moved.”
“I am home, but my head is still in the last meeting.”

What changes
- You can see the whole week, and it fits the hours you really have.
- You say no calmly, with words you have already practised.
- The workday has a clear end, and the evening is yours again.

FAQ
What format are the files?
PDF files in A4 and US Letter, plus an Excel .xlsx spreadsheet for the Workday Energy Tracker. The write-in pages are fillable, so you can type into them or print them.
Which devices can I use?
Any computer, tablet or phone with a PDF reader. Fillable fields work in Adobe Acrobat Reader and Apple Preview; on an iPad they work in GoodNotes and Notability. The spreadsheet opens in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive to use it in Google Sheets.
Can I print the pages?
Yes. Print the whole file or only the pages you need, as often as you need them for your own use. The decompression routine also includes an ink-saver version.
How do I get the files?
Right after checkout you get a download link for one ZIP file with all six products, the Start Here roadmap and The Steady Work Week Planner.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is a general structure for working life built on well-established habits, not medical or psychological advice. If exhaustion is constant or getting worse, talk to your doctor or occupational health.
