When money takes up all the room in your head
“The letters are in a drawer and I am scared to open them.”
“Payday comes, and three days later it is already gone.”
“I lie awake doing sums that never come out right.”

FAQ
What format are the files?
PDF files in A4 and US Letter, plus two Excel .xlsx spreadsheets: the Calm Budget Starter and the Paycheck Peace tracker. The write-in pages are fillable, so you can type into them or print them.
Which devices can I use?
Any computer, tablet or phone with a PDF reader. Fillable fields work in Adobe Acrobat Reader and Apple Preview; on an iPad they work in GoodNotes and Notability. The spreadsheets open in Excel, or upload them to Google Drive to use them in Google Sheets.
Does it work in my currency?
Yes. Nothing is tied to one country or currency: you write your own amounts, and the spreadsheets let you set your own currency label.
Can I print the pages?
Yes. Print the whole file or only the pages you need, as often as you need them for your own use. The calendars and colour-in charts are made for printing.
How do I get the files?
Right after checkout you get a download link for one ZIP file with all six products, the Start Here roadmap and The Calm Money Week Planner.
Is this financial advice?
No. It is a general structure for organising everyday money, not financial, legal or psychological advice. For debt problems, a free and independent debt adviser in your country is the right next step.
