When people take everything and give little back
“I said yes again, and spent the evening resenting it.”
“I have a phone full of contacts and nobody I would call tonight.”
“There is one conversation I have been putting off for months.”

What changes
- You say a short, kind no and stop explaining it.
- A few people hear from you every month, and you hear back.
- The hard talk happens, and your promises to yourself hold.

FAQ
What format are the files?
PDF files in A4 and US Letter. The write-in pages are fillable, so you can type into them or print them. The conversation cards also come as a phone edition, one card per screen.
Which devices can I use?
Any computer, tablet or phone with a PDF reader. Fillable fields work in Adobe Acrobat Reader and Apple Preview; on an iPad they work in GoodNotes and Notability.
Can I print the pages?
Yes. Print the whole file or only the pages you need, as often as you need them for your own use. The cards print on A4 or US Letter with crop marks.
How do I get the files?
Right after checkout you get a download link for one ZIP file with all six products, the Start Here roadmap and The Connected Week Planner.
Is this therapy?
No. It is a general structure for everyday life, not medical or psychological advice. If you feel low most days, or a relationship feels unsafe, please talk to your doctor or a local support service.
