The Standard System
Nine practical guides, trackers and planners that give your days, evenings and weeks a shape you chose, in a clear order, one small step a day.

When the days just happen to you
“I start every plan on a Monday and it is gone by the second week.”
“I get home at six and by ten the evening has disappeared.”
“I say yes before I have checked, then lose my Sunday to Monday.”

What changes
- Your day has ten fixed minutes that are yours, even on a bad day.
- Your evening and your Sunday have a shape, with time that is yours in it.
- You know what to say, and you have a standard you keep on your worst day.
