Why this exists

You are not short
of advice. You are
short of a system.

01

You have read all of this before

Ten articles on morning routines. Four on discipline. One very long thread about cold water. None of it assembles into anything you actually do.

02

It was written for a different man

Six days a week in a gym you have no time to reach. Meals weighed to the gram. A wardrobe that costs a month's rent.

03

Or it is simply contempt

Most men's content sells you the idea that you are failing, then charges for the cure. This one starts from the assumption that you are fine and could be more capable.

Look inside

Built like a magazine,
not a worksheet

Full-bleed section openers, protocol cards, comparison tables and printable grids. Set in Archivo Black and IBM Plex Mono. It is a document you will not be embarrassed to leave on a table.

What is inside

Nine disciplines

Each runs as a standalone section with its own protocols, tables and printable pages. You are meant to run one at a time — the book is explicit about that on page six.

01

The Body

Six movements, no equipment. Three sessions a week at thirty minutes, and an eight-week ladder that takes you from not running to twenty minutes continuous.

02

The Fuel

Not a diet. Three default meals you can make half asleep, one plate framework, and an honest page each on water, coffee and alcohol. No calorie counting anywhere.

03

The Mind

Discipline treated as a design problem rather than a character test. How to sit with a hard feeling. What to do in the ten seconds before you say the wrong thing.

04

The Morning

The night-before checklist that actually builds the morning, a minute-by-minute first hour, and three versions of it so it survives a bad day.

05

The Craft

How to read twenty pages a day and mean it, twenty-four books worth your time, the twenty-hour method for a new skill, and four sentences on money.

06

The Presence

Teeth, skin, scent. A twenty-piece wardrobe that costs very little, the four fit checkpoints, and the one suit you should own before any other.

07

The Edge

Boxing, Muay Thai, jiu-jitsu or wrestling — what each teaches and what each costs your body. Gym etiquette, your first month, and why de-escalation is the real skill.

08

The Code

Keeping small promises. Why friendship stops being automatic after thirty and the unglamorous fix. Listening without trying to solve it.

09

The 90-Day Build

All of it, sequenced into three blocks of thirty days, so you add two habits at a time instead of eleven and lose all of them by March.

Start here

Forty questions.
Five minutes.
One answer.

The book opens with an audit. Tick what is true today rather than what is true on a good week, count the eight blocks, and your lowest score is where you begin — not the section you like the look of, which is usually the one you are already decent at.

What this book
is not

Most sales pages only tell you what a thing does. Here is the other half, so you can decide before you pay rather than after.

  • ×Not a diet. There is not a single calorie figure in it.
  • ×Not written for an athlete, and it does not assume you have a gym.
  • ×It does not tell you that most men are weak and that you are the exception.
  • ×No testimonials, because we are not going to invent any.
  • ×It will not make you rich. The money section is four sentences long on purpose.
  • ×Not medical or psychological advice, and it says so in several places.

Who wrote it

No invented
credentials

This manual was assembled by the beawareofme editorial team from published research, conversations with coaches and trainers, and a considerable amount of lived trial and error. Nobody here is a doctor, a physiotherapist or a therapist, and the book says so on the inside cover rather than burying it.

What we can stand behind: every general claim is traced to a named source at the back — the World Health Organization, the NHS, the CDC, the Harvard Chan School of Public Health, and the published consensus statements on head impact in sport. Where the evidence is thin, the book says the evidence is thin. There are no guarantees anywhere in it, because none are available.

Questions

What exactly do I get?

A single A4 PDF of 89 pages, delivered by download link immediately after checkout. No app, no login, no subscription, nothing arriving in the post.

Can I print it?

Yes, and parts of it are designed for exactly that. The audit, the four trackers, the weekly review sheet and the shopping list all work better on a wall or a clipboard than on a screen.

Do I need a gym or any equipment?

No. The training section uses six bodyweight movements, a floor, and household objects. A doorway pull-up bar is suggested once and is entirely optional.

I am not a beginner. Is this too basic?

Some of it will be. The training and morning material will be familiar if you already train. The sections on presence, the code, and how the ninety days are sequenced are where experienced readers tend to find the new material.

Who wrote it?

The beawareofme editorial team, drawing on published research, conversations with coaches and trainers, and a good deal of trial and error. Nobody here holds a clinical licence and the book states that plainly on the inside cover.

Is this medical advice?

No. It is general educational content. Anything touching health is hedged, there are no calorie or macro prescriptions anywhere in it, and it tells you to speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before changing how you train or eat if you have an existing condition.

What is the refund policy?

All digital sales are final. Because the file downloads immediately we cannot take it back — so please read this page, look at the sample pages above, and only buy if it is genuinely what you want.

Will there be updates?

This is Edition One. If we revise it, buyers get the new file at no extra cost through the same download link.
