Your attention isn't broken. It's being taken.
Six guides on focus, ADHD, flow state, and attention recovery — written for people with real jobs, real meetings, and a phone engineered to keep them scrolling. Not for monks with an empty calendar.

You used to be able to focus.
You finished books. You worked three hours without checking anything. Now you open a document and twenty minutes later you're in Slack with no memory of how you got there.
The standard advice is to try harder. That advice loses every time, because it treats focus as a character trait when it's mostly a function of environment, dopamine baseline, and how your particular brain is wired. Willpower against an infinite feed built by a billion-dollar company is not a fair fight.
These six guides treat it as an engineering problem instead. What to change, in what order, and what to do when the thing breaking your concentration is your own job.
Six guides. Each one solves a different piece.
Deliberately narrow rather than one bloated volume. Start with whichever describes your worst problem — there is no required order.
The Focus Engine
The three environment levers, the 90-minute deep work cycle, and the shutdown ritual that makes tomorrow easier.
The ADHD Productivity System
Using hyperfocus on purpose, body doubling, time-blindness tools, and routines that survive a bad-brain day.
The Flow State Code
The flow triggers, the hard-but-doable calibration, and a repeatable ten-minute pre-flow ritual.
Take Back Your Attention
Dopamine reset protocols at three lengths, the phone settings that actually matter, and reading long-form again.
The Attention Reset
A structured seven-day plan to rebuild tolerance for boring-but-important work, plus what to do on day eight.
Why You Can't Focus (At Work)
Calendar defence, scripts for declining meetings without damage, Slack protocols, and async strategy.
- Your work demands deep focus and your day is built to prevent it
- You have ADHD and neurotypical productivity advice has made you feel worse
- You do your real work after hours because it's the only quiet
- You start books and stop finishing them
- You want protocols, not encouragement
- You want an app that fixes it without changing anything
- You won't alter a single default in your environment
- You're looking for medication guidance — none of this is clinical
- You'd rather have one 20-page summary than six focused guides
Most focus advice assumes you control your time.
You probably don't. You have a manager, a calendar other people can write on, a Slack channel that treats every message as urgent, and a meeting culture nobody voted for.
Two of the six guides are written specifically for that reality — including the exact language for declining a meeting without becoming the difficult one, and how to make a 90-minute block genuinely untouchable.
The arithmetic
| All six guides bought separately, at today's prices | $78 |

| The Focus Stack — all six, one payment | $29 |
Where most people start
If your phone is the problem, open Take Back Your Attention first. If your job is the problem, open Why You Can't Focus (At Work). If you've read productivity advice for years and felt worse after each attempt, start with The ADHD Productivity System.
Each guide stands alone. Nothing assumes you've read the others, and none of them require you to rebuild your life in a weekend.
Questions
What format are the guides?
PDF and EPUB. They open on a phone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader. Around 350 pages across all six.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis for this to be useful?
No. Five of the six are written for any brain. The ADHD guide is aimed at ADHD-pattern attention, diagnosed or not, and it is non-pharmaceutical throughout — it does not discuss medication.
Isn't six guides a lot of overlap?
They're deliberately narrow. One handles your environment, one your brain wiring, one your peak state, one your phone, one your baseline, one your workplace.
What if I already own one of them?
The bundle still costs less than buying the remaining five at $13 each. You'll receive a duplicate file for the one you have.
How does delivery work?
Download links appear immediately after payment and are emailed to you as well. Because the files are delivered instantly, all sales are final — but if a download fails, email us and we'll get the files to you.
